The importance of water
Did you know that 60% of gin is water? It plays a crucial role in ensuring the delicate balance of juniper and citrus. Martin Miller’s Gin is the result of a tireless quest for perfection to create the very best gin, that led us to seeking the purest water we could find: Icelandic spring water.
The purest water
Superior smoothness & silky mouthfeel
This is what gives our gin its distinctive clean taste, gentle bouquet and superior smoothness.
Martin Miller’s Gin is blended with Icelandic spring water originating from snowfall from over 800 years ago.
It is naturally demineralised by filtration through volcanic rocks.
One of the purest water on earth, with just 8-30 impurity parts per million of dissolved water.
Separate Distillation
Perfect balance of juniper and citrus notes
Martin Miller’s Gin is crafted in England through an unconventional separate distillation process.
A modern twist on a traditional gin
Martin Miller’s Gin uses Angela, the universally respected and estemmed single copper pot still, created in 1904 by John Dore and Sons in Birmingham. First, we distill the juniper and the earthy botanicals. Then we distil the orange and lemon peels. Finally, we combine both back together into a single gin distillate. This gives Martin Miller’s Gin a more harmonious balance.

Distilled in England, blended with Pure Icelandic Water
Martin Miller’s Gin is also known as the three-thousand mile gin. This is because in our quest to create the very best gin, we travel to Iceland, from where we source the purest water that gives our gin its distinctive clean taste, gentle bouquet and superior smoothness.
Our Gins
Martin Miller’s Gin is widely acknowledged for triggering the Gin Renaissance. The separate distillation and delicate balance of juniper and citrus became the basis for a modern twist on a traditional gin, which is blended with the purest Icelandic spring water.
