The award-winning Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin was created as a response to requests by bartenders for a version of Martin Miller’s Gin that would give a more ‘old school’ authenticity to their classic repertoire of cocktails and help them create more complex, fully flavoured inventions. It is bright and soft, and has attractive, complex aromas of pepper and cassia. With its long, dry finish this gin is ideal for all classic cocktails.

Arctic Thyme brings floral flavours and distinctive earthy notes with hints of citrus and mint, wonderfully mixed with the fresh flavour of lemon and pine aromas found in Rosemary.

Martin Miller’s 9 Moons Gin is aged for 9 moon cycles in French oak barrels in the cold and dry Icelandic climate. The new moon cycle leads the schedule of when the barrels are blended each season, guaranteeing consistent quality through the replenishing Solera ageing method.With a subtle sweetness of vanilla and coconut, complemented by citrus notes and a some light oak in the finish, the exceptional smoothness is owed to the pure Icelandic spring water.
